Team members in big companies have very often different tasks and their offices are separated. Sometimes the teams are virtual teams, the team members work on different subsidiarys, in different countries or different companies – combined because of a work share agreement. However they have to work together, share information and communicate effectively with each other.
Who have which role in the team? Who needs what from whom? Which decision competences exist? How should the cooperation work, how do we communicate? Which rules of the game count for the collaboration?
Such or similar questions are getting answers during a team development process. Thereby the colleagues are able to collaborate, potential conflicts can be identified and solved, the team reaches its high performance.
